Invigormedical.com is a drugstore that claims to offer an easy way to fight the aging process. They operate a telehealth platform giving customers easy access to the medications they need. But should you choose them, we take a look.

Domain Name Information
On a better note, there is some contact information in the records for the owner of this pharmacy. This gives their business information as Invigor Medical with an address in Kennewick, Washington. This is the sort of information we would expect to find for this pharmacy, so this is more reassuring.
On the website itself, we find the same contact details found in the domain name records. When we check this address it does appear to be a real office location, though we are unable to confirm the pharmacy is based there.
The drugstore does not contain any regulatory seals to prove that they are operating at high standards. When we check with LegitScript, they don’t have any results for this pharmacy.
This is not ideal, but there could be an explanation. This pharmacy partners with other licensed pharmacies to supply meds to their customers. So if the pharmacy they partner with is correctly licensed, there shouldn’t be a problem.
However, we aren’t told who this pharmacy is, so we can’t check, and we can’t be sure that the website is following the rules in regards to data protection and payment.
The pharmacy offers four main categories of treatment. These are:
■ Aging management
■ Men’s health
■ Weight loss
■ Immunity boosts
The pharmacy seems to make use of generic drugs, though you couldn’t say their prices were competitive. The pharmacy does offer special deals to keep prices down, but even still, their prices are higher than many online drugstores.
While the pharmacy says that they only work with licensed US pharmacies, they don’t provide information about these pharmacies for customers to check. They do say that they stand by the pharmacies they use, and if customers require it will provide sterility testing information to satisfy curiosity and concerns.
While this system seems perfectly safe, it’s understandable customers could be concerned about the lack of transparency.
You do not need a prescription for medications you want to buy from this pharmacy. Instead, the pharmacy offers customers a free doctor consultation.
Before the doctor contacts you, you will have to fill out details of your medical history. This should give the doctor most of the information they need to assess your condition before they speak to you. If they conclude you are correct for the medications you want, a prescription will be written and sent to their partnered pharmacy.
The pharmacy’s pages are secure allowing customers to feel confident entering their payment information. You are able to pay for your treatment with major credit cards.
Shipping from their partner pharmacy is via UPS Next Day Air. They offer a flat fee shipping rate for medications, but they don’t reveal this cost before you begin the ordering process. They will only ship medications within Washington State, however.
The pharmacy does have some customer testimonials on their own site. As is normally the case with comments uploaded to a pharmacy’s own pages, the InvigorMedical.com reviews we find here are entirely positive.
For obvious reasons, the drugstore doesn’t want to post negative customer comments to their own site. Fortunately, we have also found customer feedback on the independent reviews site Trustpilot. Here, most of the comments are positive with a few exceptions.
Some customers have claimed they paid but did not receive their products. With another customer claiming that a contact number wasn’t listed when they needed to contact the pharmacy.
They have more negative comments here than we would ideally like to see, but it doesn’t necessarily make them a scam.
While this pharmacy does appear to be legit, it isn’t without its problems. The pharmacy offers its services only to one state, Washington, and they could also do with more transparency.
While this pharmacy is likely to be a safe option, they aren’t exactly the most competitively priced. We give them a total rating of 60%.
