On the website itself, we find the same contact details found in the domain name records. When we check this address it does appear to be a real office location, though we are unable to confirm the pharmacy is based there.

The drugstore does not contain any regulatory seals to prove that they are operating at high standards. When we check with LegitScript, they don’t have any results for this pharmacy.
This is not ideal, but there could be an explanation. This pharmacy partners with other licensed pharmacies to supply meds to their customers. So if the pharmacy they partner with is correctly licensed, there shouldn’t be a problem.
However, we aren’t told who this pharmacy is, so we can’t check, and we can’t be sure that the website is following the rules in regards to data protection and payment.

For obvious reasons, the drugstore doesn’t want to post negative customer comments to their own site. Fortunately, we have also found customer feedback on the independent reviews site Trustpilot. Here, most of the comments are positive with a few exceptions.
Some customers have claimed they paid but did not receive their products. With another customer claiming that a contact number wasn’t listed when they needed to contact the pharmacy.
They have more negative comments here than we would ideally like to see, but it doesn’t necessarily make them a scam.
Conclusion
While this pharmacy does appear to be legit, it isn’t without its problems. The pharmacy offers its services only to one state, Washington, and they could also do with more transparency.
While this pharmacy is likely to be a safe option, they aren’t exactly the most competitively priced. We give them a total rating of 60%.
Invigor Medical
Invigor sent me two vials of bogus watered down and useless trimix at a cost of $343.60. Instead of recalling and replacing the worthless drugs as any reputable business would do they chose instead to steal the money from their clients. Their explanation being that for drugs that need to be ordered ahead and frozen for up to six months I would have to notify them within 72 hours that the drug were bad. These people are dishonest. They knowingly sent me bogus drugs and stole my money. That’s fraud. I’m researching everything I can do. This company should be shut down.
We’re truly sorry for your negative experience with Invigor Medical. It’s disappointing that they sent you what you believe to be subpar medication and didn’t provide a satisfactory resolution. Your determination to research your options is admirable. We hope you find a solution to this issue.
